AYA Rock

The presence of Ayama Sakara on this beautiful land began with a vision Tim received during a profound experience in Mexico. In that moment, he was shown a magical, spiritual place rooted in deep time and ancient wisdom.

Years later, while exploring the upper reaches of the farm on a two-hour hike, he encountered Aya Rock and immediately knew this was the land he had been dreaming of. Aya Rock stands directly in alignment with the Diepkloof Rock Shelter, just one kilometre away, a globally significant archaeological site known for rock art dating back over 60,000 years.

This land has been touched by the first humans, carrying layers of history that reach far beyond recorded time. Its energy and spirit trace back to the very creation of the Earth itself, revealed through its remarkable rock formations and archaeological depth.

Aya Rock is the true heart of the farm.

Get To Know The Team

Our team at Ayama Sakara is a family-run group made up of diverse personalities and strengths, creating a beautiful blend of practicality and worldly dreaming. Together, we are united by a deep passion for connection, growth, and healing.

Tim Paul

Tim Paul

Tim is the visionary behind the farm. His dream was born from a beautiful family connection during a dusty, magical experience at Afrika Burn and finally took shape through his worldly journey in the mountains of Mexico. Tim is the ultimate dreamer, fueled by a passion for creativity and a belief that nothing is unattainable. His sacrifice as the main financier is the lifeblood that keeps this project alive and thriving.

Tim’s brilliant mind, ever-flowing spirit, and boundless energy are the driving force behind everything growing, evolving, and blossoming into the amazing farm space he is creating.

Sara Inskip

Sara Inskip

Sara is the grounding force at Ayama Sakara. As Tim’s younger sister she brings a dynamic balance to the project where his visionary dreaming meets her sharp sense of practicality. With a strong business mind and a natural instinct for structure Sara helps turn big ideas into reality.

But she’s not just about logistics. Sara also holds a deep passion for connection and creativity bringing warmth wit and grounded energy to everything she does. Her ability to weave together organisation with heartfelt intention makes her an essential heartbeat of the farm driving things forward while keeping them rooted in purpose.

Shaun Inskip

Shaun is the steady heart of the trio. Though the newest family member, nearly twenty years of love and friendship have already woven him deeply into the family. He brings calm, thoughtful energy and a practical mind that quietly holds everything together behind the scenes.

Shaun’s strength lies in balancing the day-to-day needs with the bigger vision. He connects easily with everyone he meets, bringing warmth and care to every interaction. His grounded presence perfectly complements the passion and creativity of the Paul siblings, making him an essential part of the Ayama Sakara journey.
